Belly Ornament

Vintage Woman's Belly Exvoto, approximately 4.5 inches tall by 3.5 inches wide. Belly's were often left when praying for a healthy pregnancy. Old Italian Exvotos, also called Milagros in Spanish. These Italian exvotos are very rare, and now difficult to find. Ours come from Southern Italy, near Naples. Most we were able to collect in the 1990's, but they can be as much as 100 years old. Almost all are silver plate over brass. Patina and finish will vary significantly with age and length of use in the churches. These are beautiful collectors items, very rarely seen these days. We will hand select each for you from our personal collection. If you prefer less natural patina, please let us know.
