Lustre Studio salad plates, useful for sandwiches, appetizers and our favorite use is the desert plate. Stoneware with Natural glaze and 8.5” diameter. 

Lustre Studio Tijuana, Mexico

Lustre is a small ceramic studio located in Tijuana, Mexico created in 2020. It is a creative space in which the following converge: the love for ceramic processes, the connection with the earth, and the responsible use of its resources, in order to promote an appreciation for ceramics.

Our space is intended to promote a collective alliance that encourages individual expression. Our activities are focused on our commitment to strengthening creatives and building a diverse and inclusive community.

Being located in Tijuana is great! We get students and teachers from San Diego, Los Angeles, and different parts of Mexico and South America. We create in a melting pot driven by our common love for ceramics. The students, the makers, the founders, the teachers -- we all learn from each other!

Another really important part of Lustre is our stoneware design and production. We love making unique and fun designs that reflect our Mexican culture. We specially enjoy creating custom projects to enhance restaurant experiences.
